Terms of Service

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Wemax Digitech Private Limited. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

We provide AI-based educational software, learning applications and software-development services, along with SaaS, AI/ML, digital content, IT consultancy, e-commerce technology and fintech technology services. Specific scope, timelines and fees are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

You agree not to misuse our software, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer our systems, upload unlawful content, or use our services in a way that infringes the rights of others.

All pre-existing tools, frameworks, models and brand assets remain the property of Wemax Digitech. Ownership of client-specific deliverables transfers as set out in the applicable engagement agreement, typically upon full payment.

Fees, milestones and taxes are specified in the relevant proposal or invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of work or services.

Services are provided with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the company's registered jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
