We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, organisation and enquiry details — and limited technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited.

In learning products, we may process learning activity data (progress, attempts, scores) strictly to deliver and improve the educational experience.

To respond to enquiries, deliver and support our software, personalise learning experiences, maintain security, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Where our software is used by schools or institutions, that institution is the data controller and Wemax Digitech acts as a processor under their instructions. Student data is used only to provide the agreed educational service.

We process data on the basis of consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interest or legal obligation, as applicable under India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework and other laws that apply to you.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, communication and payment providers), under contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate security. We may disclose data where required by law.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and periodic reviews. Data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by writing to privacy@wemaxdigitech.com. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
